Yes, Native Accent and Carnegie BASICS work on internet browsers. You can use them on iOS and Android phones, as well as Mac OSX and Windows 7, 8, and 10.

Browsers that work with this are Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari (needed on iOS devices), and Microsoft Edge.

To reset your password, click "Forgot Your Password?" on the login page. Then, enter your username or email and click Submit. You’ll get an email with a link to reset your password.

Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox. If you still can't find it, ask your teacher to help reset your password.

Each lesson is about 15 minutes long. It's best to practice for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Don’t do long study sessions like 2 ½ hours at once—they are less effective.

The Intelligent Tutor helps you learn English. It checks sounds and word details and updates your progress as you complete lessons.

Active learning time tracks the minutes you spend taking part in lessons, such as recording your voice. It stops counting when you’re not active. 

You can view your active learning time in the Active Learning Time Report on your dashboard.

If your microphone isn't working, check the volume is at 75%, and that it’s plugged in, and refresh your browser. Also, allow the browser to use your microphone when it asks.

You can log out anytime, and your progress will be saved. When you log back in, the lesson will start from where you left off.

Check your internet connection, speak clearly, and lower any background noise. If you’re still having trouble after trying 5-10 times, the system will automatically take you to the next exercise.

Yes, you can reset your password by following the steps under the "Login Password Change" section.
